MADISON, N.J., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Wyeth (NYSE: WYE), held today, a dividend of 26 cents ($.26) per share on the outstanding shares of Common Stock was declared payable on December 1, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2006. This quarterly rate represents a four percent increase per share from the previous quarter ($.25).
