American Oriental Bioengineering Announces Participation in January Investor Conferences

The Company also announced that it remains comfortable with the fourth quarter 2006 guidance provided in conjunction with its third quarter 2006 earnings release on November 14, 2006. The fourth quarter revenue is expected to be in the range of $37 million to $39 million with diluted earnings per share of at least $0.15.
